Dude this is exactly what I’ve been doing for nearly 3 months! I use an app called “Everyday” and I’m approaching 3 months of not smoking, 2.5 months of drinking water everyday, 2 months of exercising, and I have other things that I track that make my day feel more fulfilled such as making my bed, eating breakfast, flossing, playing guitar, reading, and giving someone a compliment. I just had my first “perfect week” where I completed all 10 habits I’m tracking. This works. I feel like an entirely different person than I did 3 months ago. And this is only the beginning!
This video speaks to me, I do think of stuff as a grind, this is going to help me reach my goals.
