I think this song is a pre-view for future game modes. isn't it "odd" this popular mode would have boss battle mechanics on display? the health bar manipulation, the sequence blockers, and dmg mechanic. Imagine future Boss battles. perhaps a boss blocks you from pushing? or in this case pulls your health down.
