The True Damage thing were skins for the champions, skins in general have their own universe, that means that's ekko, but not ekko from the main lore and arcane, that means this video was not a spoiler at all.
Some skin lines even share universes, this for example is an universe where several champions are just music artists. Other music groups that you can find in this universe (that also have music videos) are Pentakill and KDA.
