I think this champion does some form of possession. 3:05 in the video, you see hex disappear and as soon as thresh gets in range of tris, out comes vex! Could be some interactions with an abilities and the shadows the champs leave behind

ap midlaner, but can be ap supp. I guess her q is like a projectile, her w fears in a circle and gives her shield, her e could be that ranged aoe fear when they were on mid, and her ult i guess is a nocturne ult but reset on kills. I also saw her invisible i think and her passive could be that empowered auto.
