  1. FYI the reason Pestily has no difference in GPU upgrades is because he is now CPU bound at the resolution he plays at. At 4K it'd be massively noticeable, or if he upgraded to a Zen 3 CPU

  2. I was wondering,

I downloaded tarkov a couple of weeks ago, and I love it, but I play it without a graphics card which means I get a lot of lag at times.

    This is my setup:

    Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6GHZ

(16GB of ram, 2 sticks with 8GB of ram each)

    256GB SSD

I want to get a GTX 1050 TI, it's what I'm going to get.

Do you think my game will run if I get a GTX 1050 TI 4GB of VRAM?

PS: This is the only reasonable graphics card I can afford, and it's what I'm going to get.

  3. Use only the physical cores..
I have a Ryzen 7 2700X at 4.2 Ghz and having it on gives me like 5-10 more FPS in general for everywhere.
So do your own testing, drives me a bit mad when he always says Intel on, AMD off because I have AMD and I get better FPS with it on. I think you just need to test yourself.

  4. that's because a 1080ti is still better with so much overclock potential. There is a reason they discontinued the card earlier than the other 10XX cards. only benefit is RTX.

  5. Nice guide BUT Anisotrophic Filtering does work – you can clearly see how it sharpens the angled textures by a good margin – like the street textures 2-15 meters away. Normally those textures get blurry and unsharp the further they are away – aniso. filter sharpens them. YES, it works. -> Set it per texture or on.

  6. You can never get a straight fuckin answer from these tarkov creators. Bro just show me your settings. I could skip the 10 minute lecture on how to select an appropriate mouse. Veritas made like an hour long video discussing graphic settings like who cares just GET TO THE POINT.
