2 min in and I had to comment the serpents spine does not work the way you think okay, it applies it's dmg bonus where your elemental dmg is.
It's useless for eula unless you're doing a cryo build, serpents spine shines on elemental focused claymore users like Noelle becoming significantly stronger then whiteblind, it even outdoes wolfs gravestone on diluc and if you look around reddit you will find those spreadsheets.
Her elemental burst is barely even elemental
funny thing i upgraded an attack mainstat circlet pale flame to +20 and it rolled 5 times to crit damage 43.5%
it also have 3.5% crit rate
i dont know if this actually better than a crit mainstat circlet but the new domain havent given me atleast 1 in 94 runs :/

To do 100k Who Tao just need to press E and Q but Eula needs whole set of procedure and teammate support. Eula is strong but she cost too much.
