Refund token 2022 League of Legends has arrived and is being rolled out to all accounts over January
Use your refund tokens in the LoL store to get RP back from purchase history
Tokens can be stored up to 3 remaining tokens to be used as refunds on your account

i've wrote to them unfortunately i got a message that said this will be resolved at the end of january or early february 🙁

i asked them on twitter and: "Hi there. The token is going to sent to those that didn't get it a bit later on this year. Please do remain patient and you'll get it eventually!"
if we already got the first token are we going to get another one ?
I messaged riot support about a week ago and this is what they said:
"We're still working on it. Since we are sending the tokens out in waves, it's expected for them to reach all respective accounts by the start of the preseason."
Unfortunately they are not going to fix this quickly as it is in their best interest to postpone this as long as possible. The longer we wait the more purchases will expire from the valid refund period and the less we can refund
Asking them through a support ticket does little to nothing. They just say the same thing "we are sorry but wait till the end of this month"
Can I only refund items that I buy last year?
