Whenever a mage is able to survive at all in top lane, let alone become S tier, there's something seriously wrong with the balancing of the game. All ranged characters who are alone in side lanes should just get run down with no counterplay by stuff like Sett/Irelia, from level 1 all the way until 6 items.

Master Yi with Lethal Tempo and an Axiom Arc is just urf Yi.
Liandry's made Fiddle way stronger than he ever was with Rocketbelt, even before 11.23, so IMO, he would be even better than he was rated before. Ask Teddystick if you don't believe me.
What about yone top going to s tier? Lethal tempo would give him extremly low q cd in the early levels.
Also nocturne jgl should be s tier in my opinion, since the new lethality item is pretty good on him and also the new lethal tempo.

Hey skillcapped, what runes should you go into melees as viktor as I have no problems vs ranged but gets destroyed by assassins. Help would be appreciated

sup to strong this season no just this patch adc is so bad nothing is change jinx she have 0 % chanse vs brand jinx is ussles more ap for E lux she have attack speed to xerath is high sniper sup damage is to high for adc players adc need more damage if he can play 20 % crit is change it to 15 % and 25% to 20 % all game become end for 20 min no more adc need 3 item just for more damage life steel is ussles bcs ap damage is to high take high attack speed and good life steel for adc its not important if adc dont have damage 200 % crit who become change just for one season to 100 % idk more damage or more armor or heal dc must become change no i see this days lux adc another ap champions adc and ap can win easy why?This part bot is corrupted
