Gnolls are crazy murder machines at the best of time, so this can be actually considered an improvement ;). Nice trick.
there are two instances where tadpoles can escape i wonder if we will have to fight them in the future as the massive brain eating worm they tend to become that even mind flayers go out to great lengths to kill
its probably going to bite you in the ass in the long run relying on the tadpole for anything
roll a 20D for that red rocket
I cheesed this fight by sneaking around to the other side of the cave and chucking explosive barrels from the ledge overlooking the burning patch. Now I make it a point to pick up/stash these barrels whenever I find them.
Consider me a tin-foil hat guy..
But I can't help but believe the more often we use the Illithid Wisdom power to bypass thoughts of other infected. The more corrupt our character(s) become. I can imagine by the end of the game, all the times we used that power may manifest in complete transformation; or not if we refrain from using it.
Chooses to command the gnoll to commit cannibalism
Me (as a total noob in D&D): Wow ! To do that I bet he'll need to roll I high number.
rolled a 4 – *SUCCESS
Me: WUT ?
how he can do that gnoll speak with him???
Riiiiiiggghhhtttttt???
The gnoll warlord being a girl is interesting. Why? Because unlike most social animals, hyenas are matriarchal. The females and their cubs are at the top of the clan while males are at the bottom and it SUCKS to be a dude hyena.
Pretty surprised that no companions react to that in any way
