I think Tenha didnt understand the abyss blessing. If means that if you have the shield it will deal AOE damage to ENEMIES. Not YOU.

Using Cyro with Electro Keqing when you're gonna be doing all Electro damage does nothing for you in any way. I would have went Mona, personally, for that sweet double Q damage. Not to mention that Electro-charged is easily the best Electro reaction, as Overloaded sends most enemies flying creating downtime and Superconduct is trash by itself and needs physical damage to capitalize.
