  1. Those first few games with the hot drops… It's difficult man. I totally get the appeal of hot dropping but three games in a row of just getting obliterated ain't fun. It feels like the game needs to find a better way of spreading people out and getting a better balance of regular action but not total chaos at the start – map design clearly isn't enough, as hot zones are always identified (Olympus seems to be the one that has got closest by having several distinct popular zones). Maybe there's a drop order or something, I dunno.

  2. These same bots complaining in every comment haha. Dude wtf flatline in a player that can control it will best the rampage any day of the week. Same as the 301. Just because you miss shots and die does not make the gun the other player is using is better. They just won that fight because they aimed at you and not all over the shop lmao

  3. Regarding the Rampage, they could honestly just remove the whole thermite mechanic. It's ridiculously strong with it but still very powerful without – being able to auto beam at near sniper range for 50hp a hit (or whatever it is), is real strong.

  4. WHAT??? Ok at this point, respawn is just looking for things to nerf that are balanced instead of buffing things, which THEY SHOULD BE DOING. How many legends need a nerf? Maybe Ash’s passive, but thats about it. How many legends need a buff? Rampart, Fuse, Pathfinder’s passive, Loba, Bangalore, Mirage, Crypto, and honestly maybe a small Seer or Revenant buff. As for the weapons, all of them are pretty balanced and have their own uses in different situations with different amounts of skill. It’s easier to nerf things than to buff things, which is why the legends I listed haven’t gotten anything compared to the bombardment of nerfs in the collection events and season updates. Respawn doesn’t want to actually put time and effort into improving bad legends, so instead they make every legend bad. Some nerfs keep the legends still at the top like Octane and Wraith, but sone kill them like Horizon in Season 9, Revenant and Seer. They shouldn’t nerf everything to the ground so everything is on the same level, they should buff things to make everything viable. Apex has the ability to be a balanced game, but the developers aren’t willing to put effort into buffing legends. The only good buff they have ever done is Wattson, making the legend good but balanced. But I feel like even that had barely an impact. Please, Respawn, do this and I promise you your game will be better.

  5. It's funny cause the rampage dropped in popularity so fast. You'll see it yes, but it isn't "broken", it does good at its job, a slow, hard hitting lmg with controllable recoil. I get alittle confused about people saying it beats in all three range styles, yet I always outgun a rampage user in mid to close combat. So many weapons can out pace that thing anyway, especially when the 301 is a thing

  6. Idk if it really needs a nerf. Maybe only remove the thermite mechanic. Its easy to use which is why some say its OP but its so slow firing you outgun them with every full auto weapon at close to medium range if you pull slightly downwards for recoil.

  7. I hope the Rampage doesnt get nerfed. Its not really OP if you keep the R-99, C.A.R, R301 or even the Volt in Mind.
Its a perfect beginner Weapon and from experience i can say that the Recoil is enough to make you miss your shots if you dont train long enough with it and just hold down the Trigger.
Its slower to kill – ingame and not "perfect Examples in the Firing Range"… – then the Spitfire, R301 or R-99, C.A.R, Volt and even the Wingman if you can hit your shots with it.
Ofcourse its strong if you have good Aim but that does count for EVERY Weapon in the Game – even the P2020(!).
The Thermite also doesnt make it OP since its still worse then the Spitfire and its only effective on Close or maximum before Midrange like 30m max. because the Recoil does increase alot with it.

  8. Hope the nerf is fair and doesnt make it into some high recoil super soaker. It def needs some sort of nerf but not into the ground, maybe its spread can be tweaked to reduce its effective range or something. Damage could do with a little decrease but not too dramatic since its unamped low rof does already give it lower ttk than certain assault rifles.

If anything make it rarer? Ive run into a building with 3 of these, and aside from the 3 of us fighting over thermite grenades when looting, that match was pretty easy.
