I hope you enjoy the first of several of these videos where I impart all the tips and tricks I have learned along the way that you may have not seen somewhere else. If you like it please consider leaving a like and subscribing, it helps a ton. Also, we have Fireworks in Valheim Hype!

  1. Many thanks for the Birthday Wishes, you all rock. Will be streaming tonight on twitch in about 6 hours for anyone who wants to stop by and see a newbie scuffed streamer in action.

  2. Happy Birthday and thanks for the tipps. The Surtling Core Firework one is great.
    I have one correction:
10:08 The Parry bonus of weapons and shilds is not a dmg multiplier. Instead it is a multiplier for the Block power. If you block, you block 'Block power' dmg. If you parry sucessfully, you block 'Parry bonus' x 'Block power' dmg.
    – The increased dmg you deal after parrying results from the target being staggered. The staggered dmg bonus is alway x2, no matter how the target got staggered. Besides parrying, hitting a target in fast succession or dealing a lot of dmg in a short time can stagger a target. Maybe it depends also on the weapon and what kind of attack is used.
    – Shields have high block power and low parry bonus. Thus they can be efficiently used to block and parry.
    – Weapons have low block power and usually higher parry bonus. Thus they are useless for blocking, but some are good for parrying.
    – If using a shield, only the block power and parry bonus of the shield is relevant.
