I have to say for nearly a 8 year old game gtav is still a big hitter.
I do not get it. I look at Valheim, and I see crap. No interest, at all.
Those two Dead by Daylight characters don't exist in the actual game :/
It's an overnight success because it's a good game. It's not a gimmick or someone analyzing a trend. It's a passion project that was released in Early Access without any noticeable bugs. It runs well, there's a lot of content, it's fun to play with friends and we've seen no server related issues. It works and mechanics appear to be thought out and not just dropped in just because other games did them. TL;DR; It blew up because it's actually good.

I hope they can fix the bug issue where your latency spikes up to 20k when you join a friends server the only fix i found was to keep logging in/out and check the ping lowest was 83ms but i hope they can fix this
But PUBG is PUBG. No game can replace it..
Tried playing Valheim and I cant get into it. Everything is pretty good, but the combat is pretty boring. Its like garbage Dark Souls combat.
Valheim is only 1GB currantly.
I miss gameplay.

I literally bought metro exodus on my Xbox but it died so I can’t play it now. Now it’s getting a remaster
only problem is this game runs so bad.
I love the people saying Valheim proves we don’t need “next gen” graphics. It’s funny for 2 reasons.
1. This has been proven for decades.
2. At one point the graphics for Vahleim were “next gen”.
So, clearly we do need “next gen” graphics to pave the way 10-15 years from now for games like Valheim.
Valheim didnt blow up do to twitch or other social media BS…it blew up becuz its a fkn great game that ticks all the right boxes.

Valheim is just a single player mmo who in this times plays offline games, games without PvP or multiplayer is nothing this game is full PvE anyways i think ppl r playing this game bcoz of streamers plays etc its noting special
Rust is still alive and strong after so many years. The Amongus craze seems to have tanked. Really hoping vallheim goes long term extra mile
