Are you sure that the harbor is wide enough for 2 ships, or is the long boat the same width as the small ship, anyway looking good as expected
Love the palisade portion! How big are you planning on making the keep..? I know my castle will be huge so I'll need boxes, and boxes, and a ton of boxes more of stone…
Maybe put a bonfire on that rock at the entrance to the dock. Looks great sir. Btw I like the bigger ship will fit in the. Though it may need to be deeper water.

Great Dock, you should put a tower by the entrance to the dock area, 2 or 3 floor.
Hey Radio, did you know that you can attach stone blocks and wood planks n boards without any open gaps when creating a radius? All you need to do is snap the outside points as opposed to the inside points… know what I mean 😎
