  1. Very good work! Do you think it would be possible to have plans of your house? Me, who is not an American, it is not easy to understand and I would like to reproduce something similar

Or at least know the length of this longhouse

  2. You can build some really amazing buildings once you understand the stability system in Valheim. The longhouse is nice, but I see here the same problem than in most if not all Valheim builders: you believe you need way more columns than you actually need. Some columns are ok, but one of them every 2 tiles is a waste, they support nothing and it makes rooms to look much smaller than they are. Besides they also are so punishing when you start decorating.

This design has 8 columns on a 10×6 base grid, appart from lateral and diagonal supports; my longhouse has a 14×8 base grid and I have only 4 columns, with no lateral or diagonal supports at all. And they support a 2nd floor and a hanging ventilation system below it. I'd bet you can do your design with only 2 poles, gaining a lot of inner space, a more complete view of it, and much more and better chances for decoration. Try it 😉

  3. The stability would have been much better if you used longer poles, I often use the 4 meter fine wood poles because nicer aesthetics and longer pieces. I will try make a similar building from getting inspiration from you but in time switch out the poles for the core wood ones 🙂 Really great build though!

  4. Beautiful build I absolutely love the look.
You build so fast though it makes my head spin.
I have to pause and look carefully
    Its 10×6 floor core.
But the side rooms are what dimension?
