Very fun new Viking themed survival game with base building and crafting in a procedural generated open world. Kill the Forsaken to progress even further and eventually ascend to Valhalla. You can find the game on STEAM here https://store.steampowered.com/app/892970/Valheim/
I’ve been keeping an eye on this one; I like the idea of a “brutal Viking survival game”, though the sparkly effects when you learn new things is a bit not what I expected. Still, the crafting system looks great, the “summon beast” progression seems interesting, so just curious how long term games look. Is there a reason to keep playing after slaying the beasts? Do you have to protect your base? Lots more I’d like to know about it.
