As to the regards to the time, if you quickly google it as the map would be split, 8pm pst corresponds to 1pm in japan's tokyo? Time. This might clear up some questions..

Actually, the image on the news is in JAPAN (SPLIT) because that is the Kingdom HQ. and 7PM PT is equivalent to 12:00PM JST. So that's explain the video is not night.
my country Philippines is missing in the world Map
People are saying the tall Kingdom building id the one in Split, but if we're to look at Kingdom fully we know its a huge company likely to have buildings globally. It's probably the same kind of building we see in the news frame to the one on Split, just built in a different location. Also, judging by the very beginning of the Skye cinematic, it's likely that the building shown is near or in Papua New Guinea.

The time is probably the current time the news was airing. It probably has nothing to do with the scenery being shown. It's not like you can only ever show live footage in the news. It's probably a different time entirely.

The 7:52pm is the current local time where the news is being broadcast and not of the city the image is from. Tied with fact that it says "World News" that image is about a foreign country most likely. So the local time and the the time of day in the image do not really correlate whatsoever.

The Kingdom HQ is in California. I was looking around the boxes in Ice Box and the blue one right in front of attacker spawn has a sticker on it that says, "Managed and Operated by The Kingdom Corp. 12333 W Olympic Blv. Los Angeles CA 90064"
