It looks like that person will tear down the secret of The Valorant protocol leading to a HUGE problem and trouble!

I feel like that 'him is agent 8, and that encrypted message is from his family or friends
I got a felling that email might be related to agent number 8 which we know noting of.

The organization could be where agent 8 comes from and they’re looking for him. Hence why they refer to him as “him” rather than an agent like Yoru or Phoenix, it’s cuz we don’t know the name yet. Just a thought

Maybe Yoru head future KJ calling for help after getting stuck in a portal? Maybe the man talked about in the email is Cypher before he was a robot and the sender is/was a friend which would give the sender a reason to be godly at hacking. Or maybe the man is Omen and the reason Viper wont tell him his name is because "they" are keeping him in Valorant by locking up his memories. These are just some random thoughts I had 😛

you should consider altering your title just a bit to something like "Valorant (lore) is going to be in HUGE trouble… as it stands right now myself and probably countless others think this is some sort of real life the game is in trouble becuase this thing video when it's actually a direction of Lore base. I know Dislikes can't be seen by others but the title is kinda misleading clickbait.
The "you took him" quote is probably chamber since viper and cypher said hes risky to have and chamber always turn the p in pegasus to m.
The sender, dunno who sent it but its probably a family of a dead person in the everett linde, or another one that chamber tricked before and hated him ever since

Yoru actually hasn't mastered his rift walking powers also radianite was used 10,000 years ago from the valorant age even in the samurai period also i believe rift walking masters maybe can control space-time rifts rather than spacial rifts. This is actually how yoru will get his rework his ancestor will teach him imo.
2. That email and the eye as the profile picture i believe cypher has a spray or something like that i believe its related to him but maybe not

LOL imagine if it was Paul, the employee of the month. Ngl why would valorant make a player banner of his ID in the battlepass and also an accessable easter egg on fracture. there might be something fishy going on. As if they had plans just of him being a random battlepass ID, but they put him in fracture as if there was a change of plans.
HOLD ON. what if by him encrypted is talking about chamber! think about it, he was hired by an unknown person to destroy the radianite collider. Perhaps that unknown person that paid chamber wants chamber back and thinks that we have taken him. Maybe chamber has some deals to pay and is hiding behind the valorant protocal as a means to fix his mistake, while also being protected by it.

I don't know how much this helps, but basically, and pls read all of this, I mostly play horror games so I am used to picking up small differences in locations, the location split has something off about it, I think it is somewhere in the middle zipline. That being said i haven't played manny horror games in a little so maybe i am just noticing small things completely irrelevant

That last one looks like Cypher tbh. The "found you" (In-Game Voiceline) and the eye ("My eyes are down") scream Cypher. I know he is on the protocol which makes this a lot weirder. Some other hacker, maybe his brother/sister/other relative? Someone affiliated with Cypher in the past? Maybe they are worried about Cypher and look for him.

After i read the message, i don't know why but i immediately think of Cypher. The title "Found You" Is just like one of his iconic voiceline and the eye symbols is also remind me of cypher symbol. And well, cypher is the one who has the most secret about all the other agent and VP.
That means Cypher know about VP weaknesses and know how to use it.
And I think he get tired getting killed in every Valorant cinematic and had enough so he threatened the VP XD🤣🤣
