I believe that the footsteps are the "spirit of the samurai walking" or the new agent has a camophlauge ability and thats all you can see.
@ValorantHub In the code I saw a code which had the "Code Name" Ferrofluid and ferrofluid is a liquid magnet and those footprints does look like a ferrofluid reaction so maybe that could be something?

the code says ferrofluid. like the black liquid that is effected by magnetic fields and gets spikey and the code talks about spikes with "-geo_E_handSpikes_lowNum" and "ps_C_footsteps_spikes". heres some info on ferrofluid Ferrofluid – Wikipedia and in the clips with the footprints, it looks like this liquid with the spikes
