  1. Filipino accent can speak English fluently. I am a pure filipino but when I speak English to them they just say that I sound like a foreigner because how I pronounce it like an American, or what we call it twangs.

  2. i actually love the accent as a filipino. most of filipinos are bilingual and knows english and that accent is like the accent of a conyo. (conyo is a word for filipinos who speaks english and tagalog at the same time). i know a lot of full filipino with that accent!!!

  3. i don't know about you guys but the pose that she does when sage enters the room is the pose i used to do when my strict Filipino dad would barge in the room after i was dancing

  4. Not Valkyrae sounding so confident that Neon doesn’t sound filipino when she can barely speak a damn word in tagalog & is practically ignorant of her filipino heritage LOL. Guess she was expecting the stereotypical filipino accent. . .embarrassing ):

  5. Actually glad that they didn’t go with a “stereotypical” accent and that the actress can still say Filipino words properly. Kinda hoping that they might slip in a lil ‘Rebibe me, Jett’ voice line tho

  6. I think she misunderstood her ult you need to aim, just a different kind thats rarely in tac shooters. Its tracking,

Tracking is actually much harder than flicking imo because you're constantly reacting to the movement of the enemy and yours.

  7. I dont think filipino speaks like that tho. kinda forced tbh. I dont know. Or is it just me?

But i hope riot throws some "POTANG INA" "YAWA KA" "GAGO" "TANG INA MO JEPOY DIZON" On her voice line.

  8. so basically she's saying that the VA doesn't sound so Filipino where in fact the VA was born and raised in the Philippines, and tbh it sounds Filipino to me, what do you expect her English to be like "rebayb mi jett"?

  9. I think at the beginning she was expecting a thicker accent like her mom's so the first lines just didn't sound like filipino to her? I think later on in the video she realized she actually sounded more filipino the more the character talked. I doubt Valky meant to offend anyone by saying that. Also the character looks great and fun to play cant wait aaaah-!!
