Valorant Pro Salaries Are NOT What You Think

A bit of an older video as we catch back up but @VALORANT pro salaries may not be what you expect. Although @Overwatch League former pros like @Sinatraa already claim to be making as much in Valorant, not all pros are making big money yet.

  1. It's Sinatraa, ScreaM, and Hiko. Not because these guys are the best players, but because these names are great to put on your sales deck when approaching sponsors for the org.

  2. Wait… I still don't get it. Does the entire roster earn $15-25$k dollars? And they share it with everyone. Or does every single one of them earn that much money?

  3. The yet to be announced Shroud will be on that list. I’m still thinking he is going Pro again cuz he cashed in and don’t really need to stream. It will be waiting for him when he is finished with the Pro scene.

  4. i know for a facts sinatraa is making a shit ton of money. i would assume tenz would also be making a lot since cloud 9 quite literally built a roster around him.

  5. I'd hate to be "pro" in valorent. Game is going to die once they add too many new agents just like siege and other games with the same concept. Everyone is going to play meta. then people in ranked are going to be toxic if someone doesnt pick a meta character's… just how I see it.

  6. if they were only paid 20-25k a month to be a pro player as a base, that is a bit too much and unsustainable. If a pro was doing content creation and other stuff for the org, that is a different story. If you are the face of the org, and going to like photo shoots for sponsor's merch, sponsor events, o and other contract type work, you should be paid for that work on top of your salary or make sure its part of your salary. The basic question that every org should ask per player is, "is this player adding another line of revenue on top of winning, or do i just pay this player to win"

    both are valid answers btw

  7. Let’s say Hiko he gets well over 40k peak viewers a stream and is very talented at Valorant let’s say he has 10k subscribers
    A subscriber roughly equals €5
Hiko gets 50k streaming a month
You roughly see a about 300 in donations a hour for Hiko with some exceptions
Let’s say he streams 6 hours he gets €1800
Let’s add a months stream with donations and subs
1,800 a stream if he streams every day for a month he gets 55k
    55k + 50k is 105k all together
    105k a month FROM STREAMING
Now he has sponsors and the 100T roster he was built around for 100T so star player like say simple in cs they want him on a good contract
So let’s say Hiko gets 20k from 100T directly per month
125k from 100T and stream now let’s not forget sponsors let’s go with 5k for hikos sponsors
So from a rough ESTIMATE Hiko makes upwards of 130k a month but let’s do some subtraction maybe he spends 500 on Valorant skins a month but that doesn’t even take a little toll on his income
So In all terms imo just from 100T and the other factors I’d put Hiko as one of the most payed if not most payed Valorant player out there
(It is all rough estimates Hiko could make more or less)
