Here's a small tip when omen ults and you see his shadow let him teleport so you can kill him instead of cancelling it cause that way he's still alive

THE REAL ANSWER MAY SURPRISE YOU… but no in all honesty riot basically answers this in their kayo video and it's all to do with moddles. If you see sovas owl drone skyes tiger and kj turret all have heads but the hitbox is so big they would die instantly as most people would headshot them simply by spraying. But because the alarm bot is elevated and potentially because it doesn't have a large hp pool in the first place the hitbox can easily be separated into head and legs.
