Vampire the Masquerade – Bloodlines – Part 1

I’ll be livestreaming VTM:BL every Saturday until I finish the game — I want to have a “canonical” playthrough recording before Bloodlines 2 is released!

  1. Don't know if you've ever heard of him, but there's a Scottish poet called William McGonagall who's still remembered for how bad his poetry was, and how baffling it was that he became so successful. The most common theory I've heard is that, because his fans were largely in America and never met him, there was an assumption he was writing parody and they found it hilarious (to clarify though, it was not intended as parody). Can't help this is a similar case with your character's writing style

  2. Hey, Quill! The music files in the game could be easily replaced with whatever you want quite easily. So if you are actually afraid of DMCA, you could try replacing club music files with something royalty free. But I think most of them a fairly safe now, maybe except Lacuna Coil in the Asp Hole.

  3. Wow, I just finished playing this for the first time less than a month ago. It's alright definitely dated and clunky but the lore is really interesting, music is great and it allows decent gameplay variety and replayability. Really wish it looked better.

  4. Hello Quill, as much as i love your streams and vods. i think the audio is lacking lately. perhaps you can rehear here at minute 19 for yourself? I think maybe you can try to monitor the audiolevels? i would help me to follow, esp. because english isn't my mother tongue.

  5. Hey Quil! Love your vids! Just thought I'd put on my Vampire Nerd Cap and offer a quick correction; a Regent is not the leader of a clan within the city, that's a Primogen. a Regent is a position of authority within the Tremere clan that exists parallel to the Primogen Council, a sort of Internal Affairs authority, if that makes sense?
