Vayne has recently taken over the game with her amazing hyper late game carry potential but now with the new Lethal Tempo she doesn’t feel weak at all in the early game which used to be her weakness… She actually is getting a nerf tomorrow in patch 11.24b but she’ll likely still be insanely strong as they are not touching LT. Gotta say, that W proc on Vayne with the Spirit Blossom skin looks beautiful. Very organic plume of some sort of ethereal liquid
Idk based on what I heard of the change for teleport, it won't see much use, might as well just be called back to lane.
Lethal tempo has way too many upsides now to be in the game and be balanced, they need to take the range off it at least and tone down some of the attack speed
The new teleport is screwing top lane a bit, it will also make split pushing and hyper scaling champs like kayle and yorick better. Idk if I like it, hopefully it doesnt screw top too much.
I honestly really hate vayne because of her W and I've always thought it should work off of bonus health or make it scale on AD so she can't get away with being able to only buy attack speed and out dps other late game champs.

Havent played League since s4 (slow returner Here) but it looks like it's an item Problem too. A cheap early item that give Ad + atackspeed? Thats actually insane. One Part of Early to Late Balancing back then was that you needed to choose between those two.

I dont think vayne is good early, I just feel like the suport matchup dictates the lane so much that it doesnt matter if the adc is weak early or not, its about the supports
Gonna be honest here, I think the teleport change is not a great idea.
I think the biggest issue will be that top lane will become more of an island than it already is. In the early game, teleport is usually the only way top laners are able to help their team, since dragons and major plays are usually towards the bot side of the map. It stops them from getting punished for helping.
The new teleport change will make Top laners taking part in the early fights so much more painful, because they're losing a lot of farm and experience due to the longer cooldown.
Also, early game top laners, who are already weak because of the item strength, become even weaker….
If they want to stop top laners and mid laners from teleporting bot all the time, they should give players reasons to fight and make plays around the top side of the map earlier in the game, either by changing rift or adding another epic monster or something.
Punishing top laners for trying to help their team win the game isnt it.

Vaynes Kit was kinda fine before she got the possibility to go full tank (Cringebow + Wits Ends) WHILE still making full use of her maximum dmg potential.
You had to be good and use her Q mobility + stealth to stay alive instead of being able to facetank while facemelt everything and everyone…
