The one big thing that blows me away about this issue is all they are claiming is the violent video games cause violence in real life yet they somehow fail to mention that people made the violent video game and they don’t even say anything about that. It took people to make a violent video game but they think that only playing it will cause you to be violent, not developing or testing it. And if that were true then developers would be committing violent acts all the time, but, wouldn’t you know it, that has never happened because of video games. Second dumbest thing I’ve heard today. I love video games very much and play all kinds of violent video games and I’m doing just fine, never hurt anyone or committed an act of violence

Petitions overall are worthless, because it only shows a certain amount of people who are against with the subject in question. They fail to take into account the people who don't or just simply don't care.
This is why petitions are a joke and shouldn't be taken seriously unless it is actually a serious issue. For example theft, murder etc. Something that can actually affect everyone.

I grew up with gta 5 just about as my religion as a kid, and guess who my favorite character was. Yeah I really really liked Trevor Philips to the point that I still say eh and stand in his stance to this day. But you know what? I've never once got the idea to engage in cannibalism, rape, murder, rob, sell and do meth, or anything else. Because just as much bad we see in video games or movies we see the same amount of good.
