  14. How to make a balanced and interactive to play and play against champion – the 200 years way
    Step 1. Have a massive jerk off contest with the co-workers, on an old Ricardo Milos video. (Essential)
    Step 2. Get a hot latino name and change the first letter with V (for obvious reasons -DUH)
    Step 3. Give your soon to be champion the body model of a hot latino (for more details look at step one)
    Step 4. Give him a big fckin sword (guess rushing b.f. sword on him will be op) and make sure the sword model is actually bigger than the actual character model! (gives the champion more of a chad badass vibe)
    Step 5. Smoke all the psychedelics left from the balance team's last meeting (regarding item balance and s11 changes) and make sure that you're again watching Ricardo Milos video, while tripping balls through the wardrobe. (And don't spare the DMT)
    Step 6. Tryhard to recall all the juicy details from your trip to Narnia so you can have rough guidelines for your next champion's abilities and quotes.
    Step 7. Take random basic abilities from previous swordsman champions, write each of them down on a piece of paper and put a shot glass filled with absinthe and a little leftover acid, for some more zazz, and go play ability ping pong with your co-workers in order to determine the abilities of your champion.
    Step.8 go to lol wiki an get the littest fan art you can find and refine it abit. (Don't forget to make an extra hot skin and give it bonus broken mechanics as if your champ wasn't busted enough)
    Step 9. Discuss the stats and ratios with your (drunken, tripping balls, literally higher than Everest) co-workers from the balance team, so they can put the #200years stamp on your champ.
    Step 10. Make a cringe-ass event filled with stale… I mean hyped up missions (don't forget to make a prestige edition skin with top LA lvl acid animations, that secretly are pay to win)
    Step 11. Choose 02.02.21 as the release date for your newly invented champion!
    So that's was the secret 200 years formula used in the creation of Viego the win rate ruiner… ughh i mean the ruined king!

  41. This is a mistake. This entire passive is toxic.

    1: Not everyone knows how to play every champion. Thus this passive will result in inting more often then anything useful.

    2: Taking items is toxic to the whole game. As the only counter play or rather the best counter play is to build troll and build all your items incorrectly. The best way to make shure his passive becomes useless outside of the player themselves haveing no champion knowlage is to build incorrectly so you are weaker then you should be.

  43. He honestly looks…Trash…I mean where is he gonna go. With his abilities he does not seems strong enough to go into top lane any bruiser will eat him alive(Ie. Renekton, Fiora(Will 100 precent destroy him.) Irelia, Darius..Gnar, jayce.) none of the top lane main stays he seems like he could do anything against. Mid? He has nothing to deal with Range champions or mages so he will get destroyed, jg He has no real cc other then that slow W which seems like a worse vi Q, Bot..Nope. And then his ult the execution is cool but when would you ever really use taking over someone else champion, You dont get their ult which is the main thing you would want, and then if you dont know how to use that champion taking them over is useless seeing as when you take them over you take on the items they have so if your fed why would you ever nerf yourself by taking over someone that has less gold then you, and if your not fed even if you can take over the fed champion…If you dont know how to use that champion taking them is useless. He seems like a joke character that has no real strenghts and is going to be bottom tier after the phase of him releashing and being over turned becasue Riot ALWAYS over tunes new champions but even then during the over tuned phase I dont think he would be anything special.
