7. Hearing #1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Joint Public Hearing, involving the Village of Waukesha
Plan Commission and the Waukesha Village Board, will be held on Thursday, April 8, 2021 beginning at
6:30 P.M. at the Waukesha Village Hall located at W250S3567 Center Road, Waukesha, Wisconsin to
hear a rezone request for petitioner Brandon Reinke dba Galbraith Carnahan Architects (agent) on
behalf of Matt Zirpoli, Z Salon Suites (owner), for the property located at Lot 2 CSM 8463 PT SW ¼ Sec
23, Lawnsdale Rd., for the purpose of a proposed rezoning from R-1 Single Family Residential District,
to B-2 Local Business District.
8. Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit and Site Plan/Plan of Operation for
petitioner Brandon Reinke dba Galbraith Carnahan Architects (agent) on behalf of Matt Zirpoli, Z
Salon Suites (owner), for the property located at Lot 2 CSM 8463 PT SW ¼ Sec 23, Lawnsdale Rd., to
construct and operate a 4,619 SF salon.
9. Discussion and possible action on an accessory building request for Greg Perkins dba GMH
Construction Inc., (agent) on behalf of John & Christine Boettcher (owner), for the property located
at W230S3415 Milky Way Rd., Tax Key WAKT1349987002.
