I have a theory to explain why "Miles" appears as a girl:
Remember Hog? That pirated Sonic cartridge? Well I want to believe this is an alternate version of Hog where he doesn't turn into a giant monster and is just a more normal Sonic.exe. , and of course…because this is another alternative version of Hog, in this version "Tails" does appear, but being a pirated sonic cartridge…here instead of Tails appearing as a child.. ."Miles" appears as a girl, do you understand me?… if so, fine and if not… well… you'll see.
