Its that time of the year where we look back at everything that made this year…bearable…and not so bearable when it comes to 40k. So i need your help in figuring out the best sculpt, strongest unit, and the best and worst thing that happened in these past 12 months.

This year was like:
60% Nurgle (plages)
20% Tzeentch (elections)
20% Khorne (riots)
¿?% Sisters of Battle (Karens)
¿?% Imperium (Putin Vaccine)
Don't you mean 40k in 20M2?
The app subscription on top of the books

You need an overview of where the story went over 2020. Best and worst aspect of the new Lore.
1. Fake BattleScribe
2. Reviving Necrons
3. Thunder wolf cavalry
4. Ragnar Blackmane
Gazgul was one of the best and probably the strongest if I’m honest, or the primaris Captain with master-crafted heavy bolt rifle
The worst thing was definitely the App subscription! But there were so many things. The way the lore has moved into some lack luster fantasy that has the finesse of a 9 year olds English project. The lack luster marine sculpts (those death company intercessors, the Mario cart to name but a few)
The best thing for me was the greater good psychic awakening book. I know it was pure luck but it had all 3 armies that I was collecting in that book.
I haven't played enough 9th this year to get a grasp on the strongest units, but I think those sanginary guard are pretty OP.
Best sclupt for 40k this year had to be Ghaz. But Ghaz didn't have much competition. AOS have had far better sculpt releases this year than 40k, they've all seemed completely bland and generic and its definitely made me think about making a move to AOS.
The model change store wise not a lot off single or options on edition type per kit was looking for the newer armour plates but could only get the old 6to8th , not to mention the 2nd time on white not using GW fantastic primer 😬@@@# they know i can do this once only it looks like sandpaper paint@ok for warhammer robe old school, not armour's especially on 40k😡??. And the removal off a lot off metal base model's for new people looking to start paint i can reuse metal if its not quite done correctly ontop off polished?😮?? There's one the painter did not think off????I'am repainting some terminator with original mini gun's after the stripper nail polish ( there ?vintage is that not 100 year's) at the moment and the plastic is extremely difficult to strip with out affecting the plastic's. And with the paint Great on the spur due to the high pressure but will likely work 5 years from now!! but a small 50ml low gas 4 pack single with there paint would be nice for cut parts not spured even at long range your shoulder pads fly away wooosh wooosh.
worst thing this year?? them letting Nurgle sneeze on someone this year.
Primaris spam
Necron refresh
Eradicators
The lion
worse thing was the Primaris atv, it looks like Space Marines took Ork tec and Imperialized it.
Worst thing leaving codex releases so far apart.
Best thing releasing 9th
Strongest model pass
Best looking Ragnar blackmaine
Fuck the app. Worst piece of crap ever. Just a cash grab
Ghazkull was probably the strongest model and one of the coolest lookin
Worst: the app
Best: new necrons
Model: na
Sculpt: silent king
Winners and loosers (army wide). Who got nerfed to oblivion, who ended up gwtting super buffed, etc. Would be nice as units mebbe as well
