“Your code is mine!” – Fatal Error

This is something I had worked on/finished about two months ago, but I had IRL issues and couldn’t upload it when I wanted to (Halloween). It’s a Phantasm remix that was inspired by both Fatal Error and that one awful GBA Sonic the Hedgehog port.
