Yes, it is. First was Watchdogs back in 2014, then No Man's Sky, and then Anthem (actual in engine gameplay btw lol). Now Cyberpunk.
Granted, No Man's Sky got better over time, but we need these companies to advertise the thing they're selling us DAY 1, not 2 YEARS down the line.

Yes, it is unethical. The game was not what was promised, and i expected more from CDPR. Not that i blame the higher-ups and not the developers.
Fraudulent concealment
You should try Prey if you liked Dishonored. It's a wonderful rework of the original Prey franchise. The rpg elements are fantastic. I actually like that way more than Dishonored (not to say I don't love Dishonored)
