What I liked about chapter 1 was all the map changes and seeing the effects of the changes in further seasons. Chapter 2 not only has way less poi changes but reverted most changes for the next season.

A gripe I have with the season 6 critism and op item complaining as a whole. pros barely acknowledge how op the double and sniper pumps were and in the rare occasion they do its always " haha it was so OP lol!!! You gotta bring it back epic" but when talking about every other "OP" items their always like "arghh!! Worst weapon ever! Made all my friends leave the game, never bring it back epic!😡😠" everyone needs to being so nostalgia blinded and stop treating double pump like the funnest gun in the game when its really just as op as the ultra op guns like primal IMO.
Season 6 was terrible but the bows were amazing and it was my best season statistically yet I had the least fun
Tbh I’ve been enjoying this season so far I used to stress out trying to get good 3 seasons back now I just play the game from a diff perspective and it’s been pretty fun I play diff games to just to switch things up looking to chap 3 hope it brings stuff like chap 1 tbh I would love throwables
I’ve always said back when Mechs were around, and again when UFOs came, why did they never add a homing missile RPG? It might not have been the perfect fix, but it would’ve been such a good counter, instead of just our tiny ARs
season 7 and 8 was the exact same season tf

Chapter 2 s1: kinda boring but it made sense. It was a return to the more basic, barebones feel of season 1. I think what made it boring was how long it was. Loved the christmas period, but the season should’ve ended sooner after that. Star wars collab was ok.
Chapter 2 s2: Amazing. So many different options to land- shark, agency, grotto, salty, rig etc. Each mythic was completely unique with its own use. Good loot pool- heavy sniper, ak, etc.
Chapter 2 s3: another great season with plenty of options to land at. Fortilla was good because it had solid mythics and was less contested. Authority= infinte grappler and catty had charge and shock. Hunting rifles and no pump brought an interesting change to the game
Chapter 2 s4: overrated. Weird mythics that you can find anywhere at the stark sites. Stark industries got boring but you had to go there to win. Not a bad season but not amazing either.
Chapter 2 s5: loved it. Really good season with cool map changes, good loot pool and new mechanics with the sand and zero point crystals. Christmas was great as always.
Chapter 2 s6: pretty bad. Boring meta and bad mythics. Not much else to say
Chapter 2 s7: interesting. UFOs were weird but could be quite fun. New rail gun and recon scanner were very good and fun. Decent meta.
Current season: solid. Better than season 6 and 7 with late game arena really bringing a new side to the game. Good meta but i would like tacs back.
If i had to rank them it from worst to best it would be 6, 7, 1, 4, 8, 2, 3, 5
aim assist up close is still too strong…also epic needs to just put controller movement into the game for KBM players and NOT promote people using 3rd party programs so they can try and figure out a way to detect things like ZEN/soft aim…because the people aim cheating ontop the fact aim assist up close is too strong RUINS the gaming experience for me as a KBM player who has played casually/fun competitive since season 4 chapter 1. Only solutiuon for me if they dont want to fix it is to have KBM/PC ONLY tournments…otherwise to me they wasting their $ with all these tournaments cause everyone is cheating. also keep arena fill on..also I wish epic would come out and say how to make your gameplay on PC smooth..like low/medium/high end PC guides(how to set your nvidia control panel, keep us updated on if performance/dx11/12 is better….other things we can use to get better gameplay…Yea there is lots of people trying to help but hearing it from EPIC directly would help alot. I have also always wanted a feature added in that when you die/get a kill in the feed by your name is has a KBM/controller symbol so you know what the person who killed you is using. These are just afew of the things I hope epic can do to improve fortnite from a pc KBM perspective.

If Chapter 2 Season 1 hadn't lasted 128 days, and instead only lasted the length of a normal season, it would have been regarded as one of the best seasons in the game's competitive history. If Grenade stacking is the biggest problem a season has, it can't have been that bad.
