Can anyone explain why he didn't take the ibuprofen in the third raid. From what I can tell it's better than painkillers in every way, although I am new to the game and may have missed something about them.
Can you bring the overall sound level up? In raid it is difficult to hear wind/footsteps ect. Thanks!

How do you get over 'gear fear' that exists in Tarkov? Once I find decent gear I'm always afraid to actually use it, because I die A LOT. Just wondering your opinion on the matter.
