Thanks for your effort guys, but the original was better in my opinion. Give it five more years and deep fakes will be indistinguishable from reality.
You guys did really well with the subtleties- looks a lot more natural and less stoic than the version in the original. Your lighting is far better.

It’s about the moment not the cgi
The parts they tried to fix are better, emotion, image clarity, etc but you can see a clear "seam" where you go from the fake to the actor's head because the skin tone doesn't quite match and it looks like he is literally wearing a mask.
It definitely looks a lot better and more alive, but the mouth movement isn't quite right. Maybe because you had to do lip-syncing? In my memory the Keanu Reeves deepfake had great mouth movement, I'd guess because you could just straight up use the source on that one.
Eyes really good, he looks a lot more happy in these shots – this scene still gets me in the nerdlung, finally some justice to luke from that wrack of a movie where they sold him out…
