  1. @That Franchise Guy sorry for the DM but I was just wondering if the draft class you have on the xbox for madden 20 that says TFG2021 draft class is the same as the one you created on madden 21. I am really enjoying your draft classes so far and thank you for your contribution to the madden franchise community that has been neglected by EA community

  2. You’re ranking are always well thought out, but after last night I’m 100% convinced that the Ravens and Browns are each underrated. They are certainly better than the Bucs, and Colts, and arguably better than the Steelers, Rams, and Seahawks. But, once again great stuff man.

  3. Still think Miami lacks talent huh…Have you seen their defense? Have you seen their special teams (aside from this week only)? Those seem like pretty talented guys. On offense, sure the running backs aren’t good. And the Receivers aren’t world beaters but are better than you give credit for. Gesicki is quickly climbing up and becoming one of the best TEs in football. They have 3 rookie starters on the oline with their best lineman out and a rookie QB. You can say they haven’t reached their full potential because that’s more accurate than saying they’re not talented at all.

  4. Firing Paul Guenther won’t fix anything right now you’re right, but going forward it’s definitely gonna help. He’s had three years and the defense looks worse and worse every year with slightly better players. Our defense was even better with Ken Norton Jr and a comparable amount of talent

  5. Saints over bills???? Are you crazy? There’s not a team in the nfl the saints would do better against than the bills. Bills packers and chiefs are there own tier. And the chiefs aren’t as good as you think.

  6. Congrats on nailing the Chargers rankings and keeping the Dolphins in their place.
… But you do realise Dolphins lost to the Chiefs by less than a score without a lot of their offense? To hear you talk trash about the Dolphins offense and then rave about the Vikings close loss to the geriatric Buccaneers makes no sense

  7. Dolphins aren't Top 10 but they are a playoff team. The next 2 games will see if they deserve it but they're a little better than your 15 ranking and a lot better than your 30 preseason ranking

  8. When the Washington Football Team win the Super Bowl, will you place them in the top ten? By the way your analysis is excellent. My only small dispute is both the Rams and Bills should be higher ranked over Seattle and the Saints. Respectfully

  9. HotTake: The Rams are in the #2-#3 range if you ignore games where good teams happen to drop a game against obviously inferior opponents and instead only focus on what happens when the good teams play each other. Not a perfect system, or the only way to look at things. But from that particular lense they look as good as anyone but the Chiefs. … I hope I'm wrong of course. #GoPackGo!

  10. Bills are better than the saint and packers the packer have Bergen nobody they have 1 win over playoff teams the bills have beaten 4 like why are they behind the packer and the saints just lost to a rookie qb in his first start on a bad team like I don’t get it

  11. No disrespect but how can you put the dolphins in the same tier as the raiders patriots vikings Seahawks cardinals Titans steelers bucs and football team? We are better then most teams. We are a top 10 team and people will finally see when the dolphins are in the playoffs. Honestly the dolphins are better than you think and you will see! You say the dolphins don't have the offensive firepower? You will see once we beat the raiders and bills and end up doing something in the playoffs! Just watch!

  12. I love your content l, I tune in every week. Its clear you put a lot of thought into your evaluations.

So that said, most (all?) teams have played 13/16 games. 81% of the season is in the books. Having a team move 6 spots at this point like the Panthers, may be a sign that your rankings are a little unsure. I'm curious if you encorporate analytics into your rankings, and of so which ones. And if not I wonder if it would smooth them out some.

  13. Man… If Washington can get a QB and one more playmaker alongside Gibson and Mclaurin, they are going to be a serious problem in the NFC. I realize that is a LOT to get in one offseason, but I can see a path for them to get to a true competitive state. I actually think they should target somebody like Marcus Mariota in trade if he's available. If not, there are some potential free agents that they could target, or they could maybe try to snag a guy like Trey Lance in the draft. Not a huge fan of this QB class though. Would love to see them grab a top WR free agent as well and it seems like there might be a couple available.

Their offensive line doesn't seem to be that bad, but I do think they could use a center. 4/5 O-linemen have graded out at 70 or better except for Ismael.

Their defense is absurdly good. The only starter who hasn't been well above average is Jon Bostic. If they can find him some competition as a pass coverage MLB, that defense would be one of the best I've seen in a while on paper. They could also potentially use another CB for nickel/dime packages.

In the draft I think their priorities (depending on free agency) should be: QB, WR, MLB, C, LT, CB, TE in that order. I'm not a huge believer in Mckissic long term, so maybe they'd want to grab another RB to provide some quality depth behind Gibson. If I were them, I'd almost be looking to move a defensive piece to get another 1st or 2nd round pick. If they could come away from the draft with Trey Lance plus a guy like Jaylen Waddle or Rondale Moore, look out.
