Each Form will have its own skill Tree, Human will focus on interactions and more options on dialogues and skills, it has been mentione by devs that he will even be able to change appearance in order to walk among guards unnoticed.
Wolf will focus on traveling, stealth and investigation, wolf will gain abilities that will allow it to track scents and see what paths enemies follow on even greater distances than the ones shown in the video. Also bad smells and sounds will make the wolf angry.
Werewolf will do focus in combat, with two skill trees, each for every combat stance.
Spirit points are XP points that will be used after the end of a quest in the character's Hub area, where he will do upgrading of skills, equipment and other various stuff.
In this game there will be 5 different areas with every area occupied by a werewolf tribe, you will have to decide what approaches you will make on various circumstances, like what people you will kill or let live, if you will follow the path of humans or the path of spirits. We have seen very little of this game so far and there is a second part where it shows the various enemies (yes even more enemies), enverinmental interactions, the hub area and probably some story elements and how Cahal gains his spirit powers.

I have preordered the game. It’s a Cyanide product: they totally suck at animations, but the concept of their games is solid.
It’s not a big studio and they make ok games, but at least YOU play them, they are not self-playing dull eye candy games like Uncharted and Assassin’s Creed.
Styx Shards of Darkness is another game of theirs, the animations are subpar but it’s a great stealth game. If you care about depth ignore the negative opinions and go for it.
Furthermore if you buy Werewolf earth blood, you will contribute to the studio’s growth.
