I pretty much belive the next Banner will in fact be Zhongli because people will need his shield for the next 60 Resin dragon boss, and just image the pain Mihoyo will generate in the next month's: Zhongli then Eula(if she actually ends up being a 5 star), then Klee next Ganyuu and to kill our wallets Ayaka.
