What Happened?

Champions is coming to a close this weekend, but its already all come crashing down for North America.

NA teams were once heralded as the kings of Valorant, but now it seems all you can hear is that “NA IS OVER! DONE WITH!”

So, let’s ask the questions. What went wrong in Berlin? IS NA VAL dead?

  1. It all depends on which game we're talking about.

NA is dead? Nope. They have the highest winstreaks when it comes to Street Fighter/Tekken or other arcade fighting games.
Korea Dead? They excel well in Star Craft, Overwatch and league.
Chinese Dead? Majority of TI teams are always Chinese.
    EU Dead? CS/Val they banging.

Just like Starxo said, they beat us in this, we beat them in that.

  2. Shazam literally said he's jealous of those who didn't qualify for champions because he'd rather be at home as streaming earns him more money. And that's coming from the captain and igl of sentinels.

If you look at other teams, for them this tournament means a lot more and that's why they're much more motivated. Almost every team in this tourney is amazing, it's just a matter of who wants it most.

  3. NA Valorant dead? What are you talking about… Your continent had a bad tournament. Over hyped sentinels like they were unbeatable and slept on all the underdogs. NA still have great players but jeez y'all just can't give credit to another team when they do well.

  5. I just can't get out of my head one video I watched. Tenz and Sick were in the same spot holding. Tenz was jett and Sick was viper. The way Sick scold Tenz for not smoking (which was milliseconds late) made me realise Sen team will never perform the same. Especially with us fans especially recognising the talent of Tenz for every Sen win. Personally there'll be a change in roster very soon.

  6. 5:55 I completely agree I think unique agents make it a lot more fun. I tried playing CSGO before Valo came out and just did not enjoy it but I tried Valorant in March and I loved it. Unique agents, good looking maps and it just feels better in general

  7. I don't care for Valorant but its hard to sit through this video, this lady is really obnoxious. An NA team loses one tourney and its already the fall of NA? When the game is still in its early stages, and game is changing for a set meta or enough consistency. This could've been a shorter video, defending NA and and being less obnoxious.

  8. NA picked up Valorant at first and established a pro-scene before anyone had a chance. That was a big benefactor to their early success, like many other games. However now that EU has caught up, it's difficult to see NA ever take a major.

  9. It's almost like Sen need that clutch factor! Insert your benched player the whole community did wrong and watch a real star shine. This man's out here clutching 1v6's against the best Korean Overwatch Allstar team of all time. Then he clutched a championship for his team in the OWL. He switches to Val and dominates so bad they gotta nerf him with some lies. He then clutched his own future by staying strong while everyone who knew nothing tortured him with accusations he was clearly innocent of. If the roles were flipped he'd have been laughed at for saying a woman raped him even if it was true with REAL evidence. Maybe an apology video would help bring attention to the lack of men's rights. That would be a big W for you guys.

  10. So happy to see NA failling after all this confidence and disrespect for every other regions.

Dans vos dents ! La prochaine fois, soyez un peu humbles.

    For english speaking people:
Eat this ! Next Time be humble !

  11. NA also known as "near airport" have multiple world records in major speed runs, their signature strat of "going out in groups" have so far kept them ahead of all competition. The only region to have tried to compete with them "APAC" have had success in the past but they could not keep up with NA.
