  1. The totem sounds really made it bad to play rev, coupled with his big hit box make him almost unplayable. Looking at some of the news it seems like Caustic is getting a massive nerf, so he also dropped out of the favour of respawn. Respawn likes certain characters and weapons and would love to keep them in the meta, which may or may not go with what you or me like.

  2. It's a little surprising that they dont use him in algs because you do see crypto using emp to counter Gibraltar when rev can do the same thing in a slightly different way. Also when there are a bunch of teams holding position waiting for the right time to rotate with a gib dome or wraith port, if you land the silence on them, that team is fucked lol hes not far from being good imo but the way the game is right now, youd rather have a legend that can defend the team and support, a legend to help you hold and a defend your position, and a character that can scan beacons and scout and help you rotate safely/quickly. So everyone runs gibraltar+caustic+valkyrie or something close to this lol

  3. Hey Tim, I have played apex for a while but my main problem is my legend. I’m at that point where I don’t think that my legend is the best for me and I was wondering if you have or are going to come out with a video that really does in depth with the different legends and how you should use them or who should use them.

  4. In my opinion rev can actually be more of a team player even without that totem due to his science rev can silence a team and then push them and it works better with the totem it works best on someone who is looting also I have pulled of some crazy clutches thanks to his silence

  5. Imo he's extremely underrated for how strong his kit is, his ult is a game changer and his tactical is really strong, and in a circumstance where a good flank could get you the dub his passive is great too

  6. Just dropped a 25 kill game with revenant on storm point solo. If tridents didn't exist I wouldn't have been able to pull off what I did. His kit is nearly useless (especially solo) but his climb is fun.

  7. To be honest, I thing revenant has not been the best this season, I've been using him and I'm just usually pretty good with him but with stormpoint and his kit being predictable, it's absolutely harder for me to be more solo in the team, which is what I would do, and I was absolutely amazing with the spitfire in season 4-5, I am now looking at other guns (especially close ranged) and become a offensive dangerous pusher but because of the meta, I'm using more long-range weapons! I find revenant to be very powerful at times with a co-ordinated totem with a octane and then a scan by bloodhound to be toxic but I think it depends on who you play with this season that makes or helps revenant to be better 🙁

  8. Rev focuses on taking away the ability of enemies which is ideal against a Gibby or wraith. They need to buff Rev by taking away friendly fire on the totem. Half the time teammates are teleported back mid fight they inflict 20-70 damage on the totem itself nearly destroying it.

  9. I think he need to be the assassin he was meant to be when he uses totem hi tactical should have a slightly larger area and range and do 15-20 dmg. Only if rev is in his totem state and executes you he should be invulnerable after the kill he is returned to the totem. This makes it more rewarding for rev for out playing.

  10. It would be cool if they change revenant's totem shadows into shadow royale zombies, that would make him more fun to play or have in your squad and it wouldn't be too overpowered I think. Because shadow royale zombies make a lot of noise and only have close range attacks, but can walljumb, run faster and jump higher.

  11. Rev is extremely weak. There was no need to nerf his totem. Rev totem was never toxic.. People just suck. Rev jumpads to you, you do 75-100 damage and they get sent back. You heal while they jumpad again and you're at full health. If you're running the current meta, the caustic traps alone makes the push useless. I've never had a problem with a rev push. It's also useless in the final round.. What are you gonna do get sent back into the ring and die? During the Rev good days did anyone even run in it in tournaments? Smh. Way too many nerfs in this game.

  12. Essentially a breakdown of seson 9-10:
Respawn: we need revenant to be a more viable legend.
    -gives him a climbing buff.
Respawn: revtane is too powerful lets add half a dozen nerfs to the character that received one of the most minor reworks.
Also Respawn: 2 words. mobile sheila

  13. Revenant's ultimate is pretty powerful but it's duration does feel pretty short if not using a jump pad or something else to get into the fight quicker. His tactical seems like it's either completely useless or really op, depending on the legend and how ability dependent the player is. his passive his the perfect example of a passive in my opinion. a passive shouldn't be really strong like valks neither should it be non-existent like crypto's or pathfinder. they should just be a nice extra perk to enjoy, which makes the characters more unique.

  14. Sadly after the passive buff respawn kept on nerfing revenant despite him not being meta on his own just because of octane making his ult pretty bad compared to before (reduce death time by alot and made ult more noisy.)

  15. If you're not paired with an octane or ash, the totem just does not last long enough for you to place it a safe distance away then run over and get any value out of it. Way too often, you'll have to throw a grenade at your feet just to make sure you don't get caught next to an enemy team with 5 health to your name when the totem runs out. Even if you place it perfectly, there's a very good chance that a third party is going to be aiming right at your totem when you get sent back to it.

I feel like they need to completely rework Revenant's ultimate as it's borderline busted when paired with certain legends but feels like complete shit to use without those legends.

  16. Remove the Totem blast, it really made him kinda useless he was a really good flanker before, also the totem should grant the team a minimal speed boost of 5 % or less.

  17. I think reve should get rework to be more stealth legend. His ult should be solo buff like bloodhound ult that after you take too much dmg it turn you into a cloud of smoke to reposition safely. Something like reaper in overwatch can turn himself into smoke thing. Aaaand it will be accurate with his trailer where he killed loba's parents, he turned into smoke after he got shot. Also his tactical should "freeze" timers on target's ult and tactical because it's stupid that most of the legends have something like 30 s cooldown on abilities when reve's tactical silence only for 15s
