When Madame/Tall Lady told Ethan "So you've escaped my brothers traps" that always made me think back to Lucas from RE7 and if you go back and look at the bird cages he had they are the same ones that are hanging from the trees in this demo.
Well the only things missing are the laser pointer and Spanish monologues.

The crystal fragments.. There's one in the cellar where Lady D is when Ethan crawls through the hole in the wall. After Lady D exists the room, if you go around the table and go right and down the hall that leads into the awesome statue wall room.. That hallway leading into that room there's a crystal fragment on the ceiling.
