I'm extremely casual in LoL and more familiar with Dota, is cutting the creep wave and dying to towers on purpose inspired by Dota where those strats are long established in the meta? Or did both playerbases independently discover that they were good strats for both games? I've always been curious which off the wall Dota strats would work in League.
