Yesterday I was playing urf and accidently used the cannon to my own base to an exact spot that made my champion stuck running in the same place till the enemy nami ulted in my base.
Everywhere I go, I always see a wall
Similar thing happened to me once. Did full move-speed Nunu in urf, but couldn't control it. Rammed a tower and instantly 180'd back to base away from the teamfight.

The subtitles were just a different experience from another level.
Dunno if they patched it or not, but if you are to close to the tower sion will legit ult through the tower instead of hitting and doing damage to said tower
