Guys for the second part I’m stuck too I don’t have a high level hydro character 😂 I’m building childe rn tho and also if u are underpowered for your world level it can be difficult, it makes me mad bc I decreased my world level and it still doesn’t decrease the enemies level :/
I've tried this bullshit 20 times and still can't beat it even though I put the world level down to 4 and I'm using Childe, Noelle, Bennett and Rosaria and they're all level 69. Hands down the worst event in Genshin.
i was able to quickly break that one guys shield without hydro because there is a crystal thingy that u can equip to make one of those hydro eggs appear

aether geo lvl90
xiao level 80
diluc level 80
venti level 80
only 4 of them use artifacts
the rest character i dont upgrade them
I just did it with adv 22 and lv 50 kequing
the only reason why i couldnt do it was because i didn't know the lightning could stop if i kept staying inside the dome ;;

This is literally the only one I can't beat. Stuck at the damn Fatui. Wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a timer.

I would reccomend decreasing your world level and using food. this way you should be able to beat it
