White women make up the majority of the population, but that doesn't mean they're all the same. White isn't a nationality. A Spanish woman and an Estonian woman wouldn't have a lot in common despite them both being white. Even the example they give of Lady Dimitrescu from RE8, she's Romanian, not even close to being white like commander Shepard.
