The big re fans knows Ethan Winters is mentioned in Re 5 in Spencer's Journal as a level top 9 scientist . He has the virus in him he worked for Umbrella in Spencer's journal says he's dead ? Nope he was in hiding which takes in Re 7 and now in Village . This place in Village is Miranda playground with the mold virus where it started with Spencer and Miranda prob worked together . Boom!
