Shivfps is a very famous and well known Apex Legends Streamer that was recently the victim of hackers that locked out his account, shut down his apex legends servers, and hurled racist and verbal abuse at him live on stream. As any person would Shiv reacted to this leading to a 7 day twitch ban and setting up one of the bigger constroverys in 2021 for the Twitch Platform. This video goes into the timeline of what happened and why this could lead to the downfall of Twitch as a place for content creators.

  2. Hey genius and all other Gen-z people who read this. Opinion is the word with give to written/verbalized thought. Having an opinion is your belief on a topic and therefor is your thoughts on a matter. Saying something as dumb as "let me know your opinion, because they can't be right or wrong" is the height of Gen-z ignorance and stupidity.
Shiv got banned finally because he too is an abusive POS and this clip was the final straw in what must be hundreds of clips sent to admins complaining about him. The fact he hasn't been banned for his abuse before this is why people don't care when streamers get harassed. People like shiv gain massive following bring in massive money and get a free pass where as regular players get banned for calling people stupid or retarded. This was a warning to all creators like him (roided up nickmercs stands out) that there is no excuse for that behavior.
Also twitch could lose the entire apex stream feed and not blink an eye. APEX is nothing to them and accounts to a very small portion of their total viewers.

  3. Constructive feedback: position yourself a bit higher in the frame if you want to film yourself. Nobody wants to see your background. Eyes on the higher one-third

  4. 0 dislikes because it's 100% correct. Legal loopholes are complete BS. 0 tolerance is complete BS. It's only there to ease workload on moderators anyways. Every case is different.
