Seer is my favorite recon legend to play and he is underrated and so useful especially when I play ranked with my friends because his ult is like a longer bloodhound scan and it's a short ult charge.
At launch, I got a 3.5k damage and 18 kills in the first game I played with him. If I got two more kills I would've mained him
Seer is the strongest character, dislike for a shit title.

Seer is certainly underrated. While I don't play as him, going AGAINST him is a pain in the neck. I always find myself trying to heal when he uses his tactical, completely canceling it. That alone is incredibly strong.

Seer is not rare, but it's uncommon to see it. You know the legends I barely see? Loba and Rampart. Two really great legends that no one uses.
His tactical is meh and I personally find his passive useless, but that ultimate sets him apart from the rest
I refuse to unlock seer. His intro moves is to feminine, it just dumb. His voice does not match his look. He sucks.
