doc is terrible at this game and being such a good player in general (other games) of course he is gonna blame on the game not on he's abilities… i love doc but apex is not his game is gonna have a hard time with stream snipers and learning mechanics
Its harder when you don't want to
If you want to play against campers and have loads of glitches, Cod is the game for you.
I started playing this game once the split hit in season 11. I came over from warzone with a ton of time put into that game since day one. But I got tired of dealing with the hackers and the new map and weapons just didn't do it for me anymore. I had over a 2 kd and 300 wins or so. My buddy talked me into playing Apex so i gave it a shot. When I first started some of the skills i acquired in warzone transitioned over to apex, but I quickly realized apex is on a whole different level. I got fried alot, but I wanted to improve at the game. I watched streamers daily, tips and tricks videos, and tried to dial in the legends that are best for me and my play style. 30 mins in the range learning the recoil and different movements before i'd jump into a game as well. I finished season 11 in plat 2 and I'm currently in Plat 2 in S12. I play with controller on PC. It's a grind but the ranked system gives me satisfaction that my knowledge and gameplay are improving. You cannot go through ranked (especially solo ranked) and blame your team every game. League of legends taught me that. Once you change that mindset of not blaming your team and focus on your own gameplay. You will see a drastic improvement. Doc doesn't have the patience to sit and grind to be good at the game like Nickmercs. Nickmercs understands what he has to do to take it to another level and watching his improvemnent in apex from him playing day 1 to now is night and day. For anyone trying this game, focus on recoil management, play a lot of arenas or control to understand shields and the gunplay! Learn what's meta to give you an advantage, and use your damn mic to communicate with your team. This game is a ton of fun to me now and frustrating just like any other game, but it's well worth the grind!
Watching him DC like a b:&!H was so frustrating.
COD is clunky along with PUBG, it feels slow while Apex feels dynamic and spot on. Even Halo feels stiff compared to Apex. Not even talking about design and graphics.
Ok, I have to agree with Doc on the first clip. You shouldn’t be able to chase after someone while punching them. That’s a shitty mechanic and just doesn’t make sense.
I think the first 2 deaths were a stream sniper. Same bang and finisher
One thing I dont get why do people watch these guys still before they used to be fun now they just dont bother anymore they expect to win because there popular
Doc could be good at this game, there’s a learning curve, I came from warzone a few months ago, diamonds 3 now climbing to masters pretty quick
1 thing for sure is that most people think they're aim is better than what it actually is (In Apex) because other games take around 9 shots from a faster firing SMG but here in Apex it'll take like 19 or more. That's more than double of what they're used to. This game favors consistent shots over a quick beam. The person that had 22 shots and missed here and there will have a greater chance of survival over the person who hit 10 shot consecutively but missed the other end of the mag
I think its definitely fair especially if you look at the fact the guns that even have that ability to clutch like dic wants is spitfire, rampage, devo, and maybe flatline
Bottomline is Apex is too complex (that's a great IMO) for these streamers and not basic enough like call of duty, if you ask regular Apex players they'll tell you it's not that complicated and that's true but new streamers/players are not willing to fully learn the game and not just give it a few hours and expect to be good (playing ranked at a high level) will find it complicated, unlike players like Nickmerc and Tfue who actually putting in the hours and effort to learn the game
he lacks consistency on the game, to be great in a game you need to spend hundreds of hours in it, run every scenario possible.
I'm sure if he does that he would thrive
Idk about doc saying that because he plays warzone….. So …..
The thing is he’s trying to play apex like every other shooter…
hey could u make a video breakdown on how loustreams plays gibby. I really enjoyed the reps one u did awhile back.
game sucks
I genuinely don't understand how people can play Warzone over Apex
if you dont want to put in the work to get better dont complain when you eventually fail
I can see where Doc is coming from because when I first started when the game came out, I came from playing h1z1. In that game you can literally 2 tap or 1 tap people if you got the aim but in Apex, even with a purple clip, I need to unload at least 90% of the clip to down someone. It was a very difficult to put my head around the whole shield aspect of the game but eventually I grew to like it more because it incentivizes more strategic plays vs run and gun
I dont see how he is…..interesting to watch?? But everyone has their own preference
Doc just isn’t good at apex it’s simple he doesn’t like it cause he’s bad
Apex Best BR made so far that's it
He hates it because he sucks at it lol fixed it for you
Doc likes fast ttk games and that's COD and PubG. He loves using a sniper rifle where you one or two shot your opponents and you don't get those kind of guns on the ground in Apex.
Apex most definitely is a battle of attrition.
he took the portal when two people took it. he got out the port snd didnt know where the second person was. you shouldnt really be taking
others ports
He’s trash at Apex, simple as that
Doc is just old. Thinks hes still winning his second championship and its 1995 again. Time to move to the 2020's.
Yes! I had some very similar observations when he played Overwatch a long while back. All of the veterans were like "Bro, if you'd just slow down and don't be so hard on yourself, your McCree (hey it was a long time ago) would be elite in just a few weeks!" Similar story with Valorant, but still having to grind for skill and experience with abilities was just too much in the end.
He's the only man that we could trust to give superpowers. He would be too lazy to learn how to use them anyways.
As a pathfinder main, I live and breathe hitting grapple noscopes with a sentinel! My favorite thing to do and that feels like a banger to me!
