In this video I take a look at some of the least popular maps in Valorant (Bind, Breeze and Icebox) and try to dissect what about these maps makes them so hated. As well as what new maps need to do in order to avoid following in their footsteps.

Why bind is hated map I like it
He said bind and breze are worse than split, unsubscribed (joke, i know is just opinions)
Very nice video as always! I hope this further inspire other content creators to share their opinions on what maps do they like/dislike and why. Hopefully the devs can have better feedback so they can finally create a map the players won't hate.
Didn't people used to think ascent was the worst
Ascent is the best map loool
I was surprised to see Bind here lol
Split is the worst.
Fracture is fun and unique but there's just too many angles to cover. And that makes it too unfair for defense if a team rushes both sites at the same time
How do you need a Raze on Bind? It’s my strongest map and one I really like and I can’t remember a time where Raze was more useful than usual. Maybe something I’m missing?
bind? No. Its the best map bruv
This entire video felt like it was very much from the perspective of defenders, rather than attackers. I personally love Bind, like Breeze and Fracture, and enjoy Breeze because of how Attacker-sided the maps are. They provide options to outplay opponents who have better aim than you through unique angles, map design (teleporters are fantastic design), and attacker-favored angles (like outside hookah on Bind). Having to play attack into a team that's better than you are on Ascent or Split feels unwinnable, because of how easy it is to stall the main entrances, and how defense-favored mid control is.
aside from fracture, the only map i don't like is Bind. I've had so many games there where I'll run into someone with a shorty in a corner
Bind B side is very difficult to defend i agree however it is still so fun especially because of those teleports
People who hate bind have gotten bamboozled by a yoru so hard
I love icebox….
*Cries in bind as favourite map
Icebox isnt that bad imo, but its hard to smoke(omen player)
hey i like breaze better than ascent
Nice video bind may be bad but it’s still my favorite map
i dont understand how he said the angles on B Bind are really shitty to hold, but retaking it is hard. You hold from the same positions and can encounter the same utility.
split and haven best maps
There are no bad maps in valorant and retaking sites is easy you just need to know what you are doing and so does your team
I love Bind…its my 2nd fav behind ascent
I fucking hate split
tbh I don't like the idea that a map should HAVE to appeal to solo q players cuz it's a team game and if ur playing as a team you would be fine on maps that are more difficult for solo players -someone who hates using comms lol
bind and icebox are the worst lmaoo but I actually love Breeze the most idk why
I think it’s about where fights take place, playing valorant a lot I just seem to take fights in the same spots, same angles! Most the time there is no chance to get creative and try something new, unless you are a specific agent.
Defense on bind is so fun lol
I hate breeze ice box and fracture so much
i feel like people hate split a lot more than bind
I actually like breeze & icebox, cuz I play viper lol
I dont think bind is a bad map. Me and my friends have a great habit to instadodge breeze and fracture. We never dodged bind and saw no one. Icebox is a good map nowadays and it considered good long before breeze came. And fracture is hell for defenders.
You make a lot of good points, but IMO the reason why a lot of players hate Breeze and Icebox and love Haven is a lot simpler: they do because the former are large maps that require more skill, better gunplay.
Breeze and Icebox are maps where most of the time enemies will fight each other from longer distances, also as you mention, attacks can come from many angles. Because of that, those maps reward players with better aim, flicking and recoil control, player who can consistently land headshots from long distances.
Spray and praying or killing with bullshit abilities are things that work significantly better on a map like Haven, while not so well on a map like Breeze or Icebox
Fracture also is a map where attacks can come from many angles, more challenging for defenders, it's no surprise to hear that some people already dislike it.
things you can abuse on these maps,
Yoru can do one was flashes on icebox,
Fracture Yoru Can… okay you get it.,
Bind if your Yoru or omen you can abuse the tp To a or b :p
Edit: Ascent When your yoru or Omen you can abuse the gen as omen or abuse hell with Yoru OR just plainly Play Viper and Basically just Ult on the spike
EDIT 2: use cypher on icebox btw
I hate Icebox, Breeze I understand why people hate it, but Bind? BIND IS SO FUCKING GOODD GUYSSSSS!!!
