Camille's ulti 140 seconds, her shield 20 seconds, her w 17 seconds. She is weak and weakside in early game. So much high cooldowns. And in late game good players can stop her. She is not free lp champion. Camille is best toplaner cause she didnt create to sell skins like other toplaners.
